The book titled Manual for knowledge custodians is a pioneer attempt with a unique collection of international, national and state level and other important documents pertaining to the library services, its planning, infrastructure, operations and applications presented in abridged form. the book also includes the recommendations regarding the library service made by national level educational commissions, committees, boards, organizational such as UGC, NAAC, knowledge commission, AICTE, Medical council, the central government and its various organs. Author was impressed with looking on various queries on LIS forums by the professionals with their information investigations and therefore was forced to write on these issues.
