The second document included in this volume is the Report of the Distribution Policy Committee of Ministry of power. The report highlights the importance of distribution reforms if electricity sector is to turnaround and become self sustaining. The Report has discussed the present structure of distribution and the strategy for reforms relating to improvement in efficiency of operations.
